Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian to approve the profile, accept the terms and handle payment. The athlete can't do this for themself, and changing a birth date goes through our team.

Your athlete sends you an invite link, or our team sends you a claim link for a profile we set up. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete the data at any time from your dashboard.

If Plus ends, the board listing pauses and unused extras wait for renewal.

A trained scout from another state watches every clip, grades each trait against a fixed rubric, adds timestamped notes, and locks the report. Scouts never see your athlete's name, school, photo or contact details.

Film is private: only your family, linked guardians, the assigned scout and our team can see it. It never appears on public pages. The public board shows only athletes whose parent (or the adult athlete) turned listing on.
