DNA Recruiting Privacy Policy
1. What we collect. Account email, athlete profile (name, photo, date of birth, school, positions), Virtual Camp measurements, stats, film, and parent or guardian contact details. For scouts: application history, identity check status and background check status.
2. How it is used. To run evaluations, compute scores and rankings, handle payments, and verify scouts.
3. Who sees it. Scouts see an anonymized athlete ID, position, class, state, classification, height, weight and film, never name, school, photo or contact. The public board shows only athletes with consent.
4. Minors. We collect a minor's data only with a parent or guardian's approval, and never show a minor publicly without that consent.
5. Identity documents. ID images are deleted after review. Only the status, reviewer, date and last four characters are kept.
6. Your choices. Withdraw consent or request deletion from the Family Dashboard or your athlete profile.
7. Contact. Questions go to the DNA team.
