DNA Recruiting Terms of Service
1. What DNA is. DNA Recruiting is the recruiting layer of SPIN. Athletes are measured, their film is evaluated by a human scout, and they may be ranked. DNA is not an agent, not pay for play, and not a news site.
2. Opinions only. Every evaluation, star rating, DNA Score and ranking is an opinion. There is no guarantee of college interest or offers.
3. Paying never changes a ranking. You pay for a report. You cannot buy a ranking, star, or offer.
4. Minors. Athletes under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to approve their profile and pay. Athletes under 13 cannot use DNA at launch.
5. Public board. An athlete appears on the public rankings board only with consent: a parent or guardian for minors, the athlete themself for adults. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Your content. You keep ownership of your film and data. You give DNA permission to store it and show it to scouts for evaluation. Scouts see an anonymized profile.
7. Deletion. A parent, guardian or adult athlete can request deletion of profile, film, camp and stats data.
8. Changes. When these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version.
